Mr Niraj Kumar
FOUNDER – Sunsar Logistics Pvt. Ltd.
He brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the logistics and supply chain industry. He began his career as an Executive and rose to the position of General Manager, gaining deep insight into all aspects of logistics operations.
He has worked with leading logistics companies like Gati, Unifreight, Safexpress, FedEx, Varuna, and AVG Logistics, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both operational and strategic functions.
Driven by a clear vision, his leadership at Sunsar Logistics focuses on building a company founded on trust, efficiency, and innovation.

Finance Head
He leads the financial and legal functions of the company with a deep expertise built over years of experience in auditing and finance. Mr Pradeep Bhagat oversees key financial operations such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. His role ensures regulatory compliance, efficient cash-flow management, and the delivery of strategic financial insights.
Vinod Nailwal
Sales & Operation Head
With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Vinod Nailwal has built deep domain expertise through leadership roles at reputed organizations like Safexpress, ARC Ltd, SBS Transport, Mehta Transport, and NECC Corporation. He has held diverse positions including Credit Controller, Accountant, and Sales & Marketing Executive. His vast experience across multiple functions and deep industry insight make him a key pillar of our operational and sales strategy.
Pramod Kumar
Fleet Head
His journey is a testament to dedication and growth. Starting as a driver’s helper and later serving over a decade as a professional driver, his commitment earned him the role of Fleet Head in August 2024, appointed by Founder Mr. Niraj Kumar. He now manages over 50 vehicles, overseeing route planning, coordination, and driver supervision. His ground-level expertise and leadership play a key role in Sunsar’s operational efficiency.
